The National Commission for Self Help Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Friday 11th January 2019 with the Division for Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment in Tobago.
Present at the signing the Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment Councillor Mr. Kwesi Des Vignes, the NCSHL CEO Mr. Elroy Brent Julien, the NCSHL Senior Project Officer Mr. Julian Celestine, the Adminisstrator Ritchie Toppin and his executive assistant Reyon John.
