On Tuesday 12th March 2019 The National Commission for Self Help Limited presented grants to applicants in the Tobago West area at the Signal Hill Community Centre.
Present at the distribution were the Honourable Shamfa Cudjoe Member of Parliament for Tobago West, Chairman of the NCSHL Mr. Anthony Campbell, Chief Executive Officer of the NCSHL Mr. Elroy Julien and NCSHL Director Ms. Dianne Antoine.
