On Tuesday 12th March 2019 The National Commission for Self Help Limited presented grants to applicants in the Tobago East area at the Belle Garden Multipurpose Centre Tobago.
Present at the distribution were the Honourable Ayanna Webster-Roy Member of Parliament for Tobago East, Chairman of the NCSHL Mr. Anthony Campbell, Chief Executive Officer of the NCSHL Mr. Elroy Julien and NCSHL Director Ms. Dianne Antoine.
